We have a 30-60-90 day strategy. The first phase is to stabilize the team around a common critical path and get stakeholder buy-in while restarting execution; the second accelerates execution and resets the governance model while evaluating and refreshing talent; the third phase brings refreshed talent to the fore and allows us to undertake a “hot handover”. The strategy can extend up to 180 days to ensure steady state functioning of the governance model and talent mentoring and performance.
